ASL finished up our long course season with a record 5 swimmers
competing at USA Swimming Junior Nationals in Federal Way,
WA. Katherine Huff and Steven Kekacs scored their first US
Open cuts, swimming 57.21 in the 100 Free and 15:55.10 in the 1500
free, respectively. Katherine finished 18th in the event, and
Steven 26th. Other highlights were Gabe Eichel setting a new
team record and finishing 34th in the 200 breast, Hannah Collins
setting a team record in the 200 breast, and Ellen Schafer
competing in her first summer Juniors in the 50 free.
